What is Atlas Education’s financial and non-financial disclosure policy?
Disclosures are provided at the beginning of all education sessions including any financial or other associations with manufacturers of any products or suppliers of any commercial services that may be discussed during the activity. There is no commercial support for our educational activities and the views expressed are views and opinions of the presenters.
How are certificates provided?
Certificates are automatically generated when a course is successfully completed including passing a post-test and course survey completion. Certificates can be downloaded or printed from the “My Account” page following course completion.
What is your cancellation policy?
Live webinar trainings may be canceled by Atlas Education if no more than 5 registrations have been received 24 hours prior to the training or when a speaker emergency arises. Refund for the full amount paid will be credited to accounts within 24 hours of cancellation. Learners will be notified by email before the training start time. Learners must reply to verify receipt of the email notification.
Learners may cancel their registration up until the start time of the training. Refunds will be issued following the guidelines outlined for Atlas Education cancellations listed above.
What is your record release policy?
Atlas Education does not release records to external entities. Learners may request access to their records through a written request that includes the learner’s name, verification of email address used for course registration, and an attestation of the identity of the requestor. Atlas Education will provide the records within seven days of receiving the request once approval criteria are satisfied.
What is the pass rate for the post-tests?
All post-tests require a passing grade of 70%. There is no limit on the number of retakes for the post-test.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds will be given for participants who experience technical difficulties or express dissatisfaction with the course at any time prior to completion of the post-test. Refund requests can be emailed to support@elevatingalliedhealth.com.
What if I have a special needs requests related to my learning?
Atlas Education will make accommodations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you require specific accommodations because of a disability, please email support@elevatingalliedhealth.com at least 10 calendar days before the live webinar date so that appropriate arrangements may be made.
